Meet the Directors
Pam Hamlin
Director
Pam Hamlin has worked in education for 30 years and currently serves as the Director of Millstream Career Center. This school serves 15 school districts and covers 5 counties. She has a passion for helping students be career ready once they graduate. She received her BA and MA from the University of Findlay and has sat on many non-profit boards in our community. Currently she is on the executive board for Raise the Bar and Hope House and is a member of the Kiwanis Club. Pam sits on the Hancock Business Advisory Council and enjoys helping link business and industry with education. Pam and her husband Tim have 4 children and 7 grandchildren and they own Trends on Main in downtown Findlay.
Jodi Gaietto
Assistant Director
Jodi started her career as a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher for Tiffin City/Vanguard Sentinel Schools. Upon receiving her Masters Degree in Counseling, she became the K-8 Guidance Counselor for Carey Local Schools. During her time at Carey she pursued her administrative licensure and became the K-12 Continuous Improvement Plan Supervisor and eventually High School Principal for Mohawk Local Schools. After 12 years in education, the opportunity to move to a Career Center presented itself and she spent the next 13 years of her career in multiple administrative roles at Tri-Rivers Career Center in Marion. For the next two years, she became the 7-12 Principal/Interim Superintendent (for one year) at Cory Rawson Local Schools. For the last two years, Jodi has been serving as the (L-R) Assistant Principal at Findlay High School and is excited to move to Millstream Career Center as the Assistant Director.
Jodi lives with her husband Chuck in Tiffin where they raise hunting dogs, are avid hunters, and enjoy being outdoors. Jodi is most looking forward to working with students from both the county schools as well as Findlay High School in her new role.
